Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum five years culinary experience
- minimum two years sous chef experience
- strong leadership skills
- effective team management
- proficiency in culinary budgeting and scheduling
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- food safety certification preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including production and prep
- manage private parties and special events culinary needs
- supervise stewarding, purchasing and receiving
- ensure culinary staff adhere to high menu standards
- run kitchen effectively and professionally in absence of executive chef
- manage culinary budget, labor, scheduling and overtime
- foster cohesive team environment under pressure
