Delaware North Sportservice is currently hiring seasonal part-time Food Runners to join their team at Lambeau Field. This role is designed for individuals passionate about providing efficient and attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Food Runner’s primary responsibility is to expedite food from the kitchen to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. This position offers valuable hands-on experience, training, and mentorship opportunities, making it an excellent gateway for those looking to build a career in hospitality or enhance their customer service skills. With a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, this seasonal role offers flexible work schedules which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days, accommodating varied availability.
The Food Runner will work closely with kitchen staff, chefs, servers, and management to ensure smooth service delivery. They are expected to attend pre-shift briefings and coordinate food delivery with precision and care. In addition, Food Runners may be tasked with basic table-side service such as taking orders and explaining menu items to guests, reinforcing a comprehensive knowledge of all menu offerings including ingredients and preparation methods. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen and suite areas is also an essential part of the role, supporting overall operational excellence. Physical demands include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift trays weighing up to 35 pounds, and navigate crowded dining areas efficiently. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to adapt to a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift may include walking up and down stairs
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser with a similar style of dining capacity and volume preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform opening mid and closing duties as outlined by management
- Knowledge of menu items ingredients and preparations
Job Duties
- Attend pre-shift briefing taking note of relevant information such as service scheduling organization food beverage and guest notes
- Coordinate with Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
- Complete any required table-side service which may include taking orders delivering and explaining menu to customers
- Assist captains and back servers with the presentation of courses explaining any relevant menu items if it is missed
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items ingredients and preparations be able to identify menu items and ingredients by appearance
- Maintain kitchen and suites cleanliness and organization at all times
