Delaware North is currently seeking dedicated seasonal Dishwashers to join their team at Comerica Park in Detroit, Michigan. This is a vital role within the kitchen operations where the Dishwasher serves as a Kitchen Helper and Utility Worker, ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organized, and sanitary to support a seamless food service experience. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.70 to $15.70 and includes flexible work schedules covering evenings, days, weekends, and special events. The primary responsibility is to clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment thoroughly to meet health standards. Dishwashers will use either manual washing techniques or dish machines and must maintain sanitizer levels at specified health requirements to guarantee a safe and hygienic dining environment for all guests.

In addition to dishwashing, candidates will store clean items properly, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen work areas including floors and walls, and handle waste disposal safely by removing trash and sanitizing garbage containers. This role demands physical stamina as employees must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform tasks that include standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling items throughout their shift.
