Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using hands or a dishwasher, ensuring sanitizer levels meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
- Clean and organize work areas including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking spaces
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
- Follow health and safety regulations consistently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen wares storage
