We are currently seeking a high-energy, team-oriented Food Runner / Busser to join our front-of-house team. This position is integral to our floor operations and acts as the ultimate support for our bartending and hosting staff. The role requires maintaining a smooth, lightning-fast pace in a busy, high-volume restaurant to ensure food is delivered hot and on time while keeping the dining environment clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 8 hours or more
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying trays and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs
  • High level of physical stamina and energy during peak hours
  • Ability to work indoors and navigate outdoor patio spaces
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively relay messages
  • Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy setting
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Deliver dishes promptly and accurately from kitchen to tables ensuring presentation standards
  • Support bartenders and hosts by streamlining guest service and handling special requests
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize tables quickly to enable efficient seating
  • Maintain service stations and dining areas stocked, clean, and organized including silverware polishing and ice restocking
  • Proactively remove empty glassware, plates, and trash from tables
  • Communicate clearly between kitchen expo and front-of-house teams
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and smoothly operating dining environment
