JW Marriott embodies a culture where employees are valued as the cornerstone of its success, fostering an environment where team members can thrive, grow professionally, and deliver unparalleled luxury experiences to guests.

Located in Brooklyn, New York, at 333 Adams Street, this JW Marriott property offers a full-time, non-management position with hourly pay ranging from $18.84 to $25.12, including the potential to earn tips. The hotel values diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity, ensuring that all team members feel welcomed, respected, and supported in their career journey.

The role of the Bellman at JW Marriott Brooklyn is a vital position focused on enhancing the guest experience from the moment guests arrive until they depart. As a Bellman, you will be the face of hospitality, greeting and accompanying guests to their rooms, assisting with luggage, and providing detailed information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and operational hours. Your friendly demeanor and professional appearance will help uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence. Daily duties include opening doors for guests and visitors, explaining room functionalities such as key usage, mini-bar, in-room safes, and laundry services, and facilitating guest transportation needs including arranging taxis or shuttle services.

Safety and security are paramount at JW Marriott, and as a Bellman, you will be expected to comply with all company policies and procedures related to safety, report any maintenance or safety issues, and complete required training and certifications. You’ll assist guests in their movements around the property and vehicles, demonstrating physical capability to lift, move, and transport luggage and other items safely. The Bellman role requires being alert and responsive, sometimes requiring prolonged periods of standing or walking, and the ability to navigate various physical environments within the hotel.

The hotel encourages a supportive environment where employees can develop their passion for hospitality in a luxury setting that emphasizes holistic well-being. Joining JW Marriott means you will be part of a world-class team where your work will be valued and where you can grow to become your best professional self.
