The role offered is for a part-time concierge to be based at Tradewind’s Stuart, Florida location. This essential position serves as the primary touchpoint for passengers upon arrival at the terminal, ensuring their transition from arrival to boarding is seamless and efficient. The concierge role is heavily focused on delivering exceptional customer service while facilitating smooth communication between passengers, the aircrew, and ground operations teams. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities include greeting passengers, managing the check-in process using dedicated software, coordinating baggage organization and weighing for pilots, and generally ensuring passenger comfort throughout their time at the terminal. The concierge also acts as the liaison for timely updates regarding flights, including notifications about any delays. Additional duties involve assisting with pilot introductions, conducting boarding calls, and handling baggage as required. The concierge is responsible for maintaining the airport lounge's cleanliness, stocking, and inventory management, as well as preparing catering baskets for outgoing flights and organizing crew catering. Other logistic responsibilities include vacuum maintenance and vehicle valet services for customers.
