- Currently enrolled in a culinary or hospitality educational program
- Ability to commit to completing 60 working hours
- Willingness to work under supervision in a kitchen environment
- Ability to follow food safety and handling protocols
- Compliance with Hawaii labor laws for minors
- Age requirements as per Hawaii labor regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Assist the culinary team in daily food preparation
- Assist with supervision through various stations such as grill, saute, and pastry to gain a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper food handling and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes, menus, and special offerings
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive or Sous Chefs
- Ensure compliance with Hawaii labor laws for minors
- Complete 60 working hours to fulfill school credit requirements
