Job Duties
- Day-to-day dishroom operations
- proper sink, floor, and dishware care
- cleaning and safety procedures
- use proper cleaning techniques with all dining ware, dishware, and silverware
- maintaining the usage of supplies, chemicals, and equipment from the dishroom and laundry area
- be friendly, helpful, and able to follow directions from supervisor
- arrive at work on time, in a clean uniform, fulfill assigned duties
