Job Duties
- Oversee total operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability

- Manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory control
- Supervise staffing including scheduling and training
- Oversee setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
