Job Requirements

  • 18 years old or older
  • 5+ years supervisory or management experience in retail industry preferred including 2 years as store manager

Job Duties

  • Understand and model associate commitment to brand culture, policies and procedures, hold associates accountable for actions
  • recruit, attract, select, hire, retain, and develop talent, fill positions proactively, maintain succession plan
  • partner with design and merchandising leaders through product life cycle process and seasonal development
