Starbucks prides itself on being a place of community, connection, and high-quality customer service, creating spaces where people feel comfortable gathering, relaxing, and sharing meaningful moments with others.

As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, you are entrusted with much more than managing a daily retail operation. This role demands a passionate individual who leads by example, cultivating a positive work culture that empowers team members to deliver exceptional service. Leadership within the Starbucks environment involves coaching and mentoring team partners to grow both personally and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects star-quality hospitality and care.

This opportunity offers a full-time employment position with competitive pay that considers your skills, experience, and the geographic location. Starbucks is also committed to your continuous development, providing extensive training and growth opportunities that enable you to thrive within the company and the broader coffee industry. The role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset suited for a sales-driven environment. As a leader, you will spearhead initiatives that not only enhance operational efficiency but also foster community engagement, ensuring your coffeehouse is a welcoming neighborhood hub.

Joining Starbucks means becoming part of an inclusive and diverse team where your individual talents are celebrated, and your potential is nurtured. The company offers robust benefits designed to support the well-being and security of both employees and their families. These benefits encompass comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, life insurance options, paid parental leave, vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, and educational opportunities including 100% tuition coverage for an online bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University. Additionally, Starbucks offers retirement plans with employer matching, stock purchase programs, emergency savings incentives, and financial planning tools.

This role invites those with at least three years of retail or customer service management experience, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for building community through exceptional coffee experiences. Former military service members with four-plus years of service are also encouraged to apply, bringing their discipline and leadership qualities to a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities and fostering an equitable workplace.

With an emphasis on work-life balance, competitive compensation, and a nurturing culture, Starbucks offers an unparalleled career path for those eager to lead with heart and craft.
