Today, it boasts nearly 2,800 locations globally, embodying a commitment to delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences. The company is dedicated not only to culinary excellence but also to fostering a supportive environment where employees are inspired to improve their own lives and the lives of those around them. Joining Panda Express as a Store Manager means becoming an integral part of this dynamic and fast-growing organization. This is a leadership role responsible for managing the entire operation of a single store. Additionally, Store Managers must maintain high standards of food safety, typically evidenced by Serve Safe certification. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, the role requires managing the operational challenges of a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant environment, including working in hot, busy kitchen spaces and handling various kitchen equipment with speed and accuracy.

Panda Express values diversity and inclusion, standing as an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing an equitable workspace for all employees. The company actively supports accommodations for individuals with disabilities to fully participate in the hiring process and their roles within the organization. Candidates for the Store Manager position should expect a demanding but rewarding career path defined by growth opportunities and the chance to be a part of a supportive corporate culture.
