Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of us military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
  • professional maturity

Job Duties

  • lead and develop a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory, scheduling, and sales tracking
  • coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth
  • ensure adherence to Starbucks standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes community connection
  • resolve customer concerns with professionalism and promptness
  • drive sales performance through effective team leadership and customer engagement
