Founded with a passion for premium coffee and community connection, Starbucks has grown into an iconic brand recognized around the world for its dedication to quality, service, and social responsibility. The company's mission is to inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time. With thousands of stores across multiple countries, Starbucks continues to innovate and set standards in the coffee retail industry, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment for both customers and partners (employees).

As a Starbucks Partner and coffeehouse leader, you are entrusted with the critical role of running a coffeehouse that goes beyond business operations. This leadership role involves fostering a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection and joy within the community. The position challenges you to lead with both craft and heart by mentoring and coaching your team, maintaining high standards for customer service, and driving a sales-focused environment that supports Starbucks' business goals. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting that values integrity, excellence, and community impact.

This full-time role requires working variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the operational needs of a coffeehouse. The successful candidate will regularly work over 40 hours per week, with an emphasis on delivering an outstanding experience to every customer while cultivating a positive team culture. Starbucks is committed to investing in your professional growth, offering developmental experiences designed to advance your skills and career. Additionally, the company offers industry-leading benefits for its partners, ensuring a comprehensive support system for you and your family.

By joining Starbucks as a partner, you will be part of a company that values your leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, encourages problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills, and honors your experience, including military service. Starbucks promotes diversity and inclusion, providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities and ensuring fair consideration for qualified individuals regardless of their background. This respected coffeehouse brand offers competitive compensation influenced by your experience, knowledge, and geographical location.

The role of a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks is both challenging and rewarding—providing an opportunity to lead a passionate team, build lasting customer relationships, and make a meaningful community impact.
