Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to exceeding 40 hours of work per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and professional maturity in coaching others

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of baristas and customer service partners
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team members
  • Manage daily store activities including inventory, sales goals, and scheduling
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance team skills
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Promote and maintain Starbucks brand values and culture
