The role of the Store Manager at ECCO is a dynamic and pivotal position within the retail team. The Store Manager is responsible for driving financial success by exceeding store goals through delivering a world-class shopping experience to customers. This leadership role involves managing merchandise and inventory efficiently as well as ensuring operational and administrative excellence in the store. The manager is also accountable for training, coaching, and professionally developing the store team to maximize their potential and performance. Compliance with ECCO’s policies and procedures is a key focus, alongside setting motivating goals for the employees and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
The Store Manager is not only a leader but also a brand ambassador who resolves customer service issues with good judgment and professionalism. Compensation for this role ranges from $34.57 to $40.33 per hour, depending on skills and experience, and includes quarterly performance bonuses tied to store results. Job Requirements

- Previous retail management experience
- Strong communication skills
