Job Requirements
- Legal documentation verifying identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor team members
- excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-focused environments
- professional maturity and ability to manage diverse teams effectively

- Manage store operations to deliver the Starbucks experience
- drive financial success through effective sales strategies and efficiency
