The company places a strong emphasis on empowering its employees, fostering growth opportunities, and encouraging them to make meaningful contributions within their stores and communities. 7-Eleven is dedicated to being the customer’s first choice by consistently delivering exceptional service and convenience in a rapidly evolving retail landscape.

The role of Store Manager at 7-Eleven is a pivotal leadership position that serves as the heart and soul of each store operation. The Store Manager works closely with assistant managers to lead the store's team by executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, and developing the skills of the entire store staff. The position requires a hands-on approach in managing daily store functions while ensuring customers receive excellent service every time they visit. Many successful managers at 7-Eleven began their careers in entry-level roles such as cashiers or part-time associates, illustrating the company’s strong commitment to promoting from within and supporting employee growth through comprehensive training programs.

Store Managers are responsible for overseeing store operations, utilizing profit and loss reports to influence positive change, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, and promoting the 7-Eleven rewards loyalty program. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures and ensuring products are available and well-stocked. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency with Microsoft products, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.

7-Eleven offers competitive benefits, including 401K plans for U.S. employees, RRSP plans for Canadian employees, paid time off, medical, dental, life, and vision insurance options, monthly bonuses and incentives, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance in the U.S. The company fosters a positive work culture centered on dedication to employee success, ongoing professional development, and a strong "promote from within" philosophy that provides numerous advancement opportunities for motivated individuals.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with retail management experience seeking to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 7-Eleven is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and offers a dynamic platform for individuals looking to make a significant impact while advancing their careers.
