Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft products Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with retail management experience
- Valid driver’s license from the state of residence with automotive liability insurance
- Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required if candidate has at least one year of retail management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to make operational improvements
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards loyalty program
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures
- Ensure all products are in-stock and the store is presentable
