Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of one year retail management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must maintain automotive liability insurance
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and employee coaching
- Capacity to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Ability to analyze and use P&L and store reports
- Capability to handle cash and fuel transactions
- Maintain safe and sanitary store conditions
- Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physically able to perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties

- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to drive improvements
