Job Requirements
- Desire to provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance
- Strength in preparing and maintaining foodservice product quality
- Ability to analyze Profit & Loss and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and manuals
- Proficient computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and train a team
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles
- Experience with food safety and restaurant compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use Profit & Loss and store reports to affect change and improve operations
- Read and interpret operational and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant to meet company standards
