The role of Line Cook at Stone Brewing presents an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume kitchen environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Basic knife skills and kitchen safety knowledge
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other menu items using grills, broilers, ovens, fryers, and other equipment
- Follow recipes and plating standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Expedite orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen and FOH teams
- Assist with events and special menus as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
- Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and freshness
- Support training and teamwork on the line
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
