The role of a Team Member at Regal Cinemas is multifaceted and dynamic, designed to contribute to the smooth operation and enhanced guest experience within the theater setting. Team members may be assigned to work in one or several of three primary areas: the Box Office, the Concession Stand, or serving as an Usher. Each position carries unique responsibilities but shares the common goal of delivering exceptional customer service. Box Office team members manage ticket sales, operate POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, suggest premium viewing upgrades, and help promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program. Concession Stand associates are responsible for handling food and beverage sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating concession equipment, complying with food safety regulations, and executing suggestive selling techniques to maximize guest satisfaction while adhering to legal alcohol service requirements if applicable. Ushers focus on assisting patrons with seating, managing crowd control, enforcing the movie rating system, and maintaining cleanliness and safety within the auditoriums and public areas. All team members contribute to emergency response efforts, general maintenance, and uphold company dress code standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach and talk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • good vision including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
  • ability to read and understand training materials
  • if applicable, legal age to sell or serve alcohol
  • availability for variable and flexible work hours
  • ability to handle cash accurately
  • completion of any required state or local alcohol service certification
  • physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
