About the role, the company is currently seeking Store Team Members, also referred to internally as Merchandisers, who are essential in building the brand by delivering outstanding customer service and supporting both in-store and online business operations. This role involves maximizing product inventory through processing freight, organizing and distributing stock, pulling and stocking merchandise, building attractive displays and end caps, placing signage, and fulfilling digital orders including in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services. Selected candidates will be expected to deliver a personalized shopping experience by engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge particularly in wine, spirits, and beer, and maintaining awareness of active promotions and loyalty programs. Safety and compliance with all laws related to alcohol sales are critical aspects of this job. The position offers a dynamic work schedule, predominantly involving merchandising duties but may also include sales, front-end cashiering, or other store responsibilities as required. This flexibility enables team members to gain a broad range of retail skills while contributing directly to the store’s operational success.
