Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- Lift, pull, and push moderate weight as required
- Assist with plating and moving food for events
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Interact courteously with customers when required
- Support stewardship team in maintaining kitchen and dishwashing operations
- Comply with health and safety guidelines including food handler certification
