We are currently seeking a Kitchen Steward/Cleaner to join our dedicated team at The Westin Arlington Gateway. This role is integral to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all Food and Beverage areas within the hotel. The Kitchen Steward/Cleaner is responsible for operating dishwashing equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning and proper storage of china, glass, and silverware while adhering to all health and safety regulations. This role demands a proactive approach to sanitation, organization, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as scrubbing pots and pans, sweeping, mopping, and managing waste disposal.

The ideal candidate will have experience or education in related fields, exhibit excellent communication skills, and display a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. The ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and approach all interactions with a service-oriented attitude is essential. The position requires flexibility to work long hours, including heavy lifting, and the capacity to stand throughout the shift.
