As a Dishwasher and Kitchen Steward at HHM Hotels, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, which is essential for smooth kitchen operations and guest satisfaction. This position involves washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans while operating dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment efficiently. Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace is crucial, including stocking supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. You will also be responsible for sweeping and washing floors, cleaning trash cans, and sorting and removing trash to designated pickup areas.

In addition to core duties, you may be required to perform food preparation functions during peak periods or when staffing shortages occur, thereby supporting the kitchen team effectively.
