Job Requirements

- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glassware, and silverware, ensuring they meet sanitation standards
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment regularly
- Support proper food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and safety
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory management and report any damaged or missing items
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment
