Job Requirements

  • Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in stressful situations
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in food service
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glassware, and silverware, ensuring they meet sanitation standards
  • Assist kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, storage areas, and all equipment
  • Clean and sanitize all utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment regularly
  • Support proper food storage and rotation to ensure freshness and safety
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times
  • Assist with inventory management and report any damaged or missing items
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment
