The Dishwasher is responsible for the setup, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant's interior and exterior areas related to dishwashing. The role involves washing, storing, and stocking all plateware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment. Additionally, the Dishwasher correctly cleans and maintains the dishwashing machines and keeps the dish machine area clean and sanitary at all times.

This position demands physical endurance as team members must be able to stand and move steadily for extended periods, handle wet and potentially hazardous conditions, and lift heavy objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Effective communication skills are necessary to interact efficiently with supervisors and fellow employees, ensuring a smooth workflow.
