Job Requirements
- Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively
- able to work in conditions involving wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise
- must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds
- willing to undergo background check
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and team members
- basic knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Assist in the set-up of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- wash, store and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares
- correctly clean and maintain dishwashing machines
- keep dish machine area clean and sanitary
- communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow employees
- follow health and safety standards
