Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- no related work experience necessary

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and trash compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-washing
- clean and mop all assigned areas
- dispose of glass and recycle cardboard boxes
- follow company safety and security policies
- report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors
