This renowned hotel values a team-oriented culture and innovative management practices that ensure smooth operations and outstanding guest satisfaction. We are proud to maintain high standards in all aspects of hospitality, from guest services to facilities management, and we continuously seek to enhance both our offerings and the professional growth of our staff. Our commitment to quality and guest happiness makes us a preferred destination for travelers and a sought-after workplace for hospitality professionals.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager to play a pivotal role in our hotel’s success. This position is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence. As the Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager, acting as their deputy and stepping into their shoes during their absence. This role involves overseeing several departments, managing daily operations, and working diligently to maximize revenue while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader and a problem solver with excellent communication skills to maintain clear and open channels within the hotel team and with guests. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing diverse teams, ensuring each member feels valued and supported in their career progression. Your ability to navigate hotel financials and operational data will be crucial for strategic decision-making and boosting profit margins.

This is an overtime eligible manager position, meaning that overtime will be calculated and compensated accordingly, acknowledging the demanding nature of roles in hospitality management. We seek someone who not only upholds our top-notch standards but also embodies a friendly and service-focused attitude that transforms every guest interaction into a positive and memorable experience.

At our hotel, every day is an opportunity to create joyful moments and maintain an atmosphere where both guests and employees feel appreciated and empowered. Joining our team as an Assistant General Manager means taking on a high-responsibility role with meaningful impact, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence in hospitality service.
