This hourly position starts at $15.00 USD and offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by greeting guests warmly and assisting them in finding what they need. You will play a key role in providing an effortless and inspiring shopping experience by accurately preparing handcrafted beverages and food items according to Starbucks specifications. Adherence to state and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines is critical to maintaining compliance and protecting the health of both guests and team members.

This role also involves supporting overall store operations by executing food and beverage processes such as product replenishment, inventory rotation, cleaning, pricing, and promotional signage. You will support Starbucks Drive-Up services to fulfill digital orders promptly and accurately. Maintaining an inviting and clean dining area and engaging with guests to exceed their expectations are also important duties. To succeed as a Starbucks Barista in this setting, you need to be detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
