Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Ability to climb ladders and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Capability to work in environments with temperatures ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in spaces where common allergens are present
- Ability to remain mobile and on feet for the length of a shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
