Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of shifts
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds
- Ability to work in environments with refrigeration, freezer conditions, and common allergens
- Compliance with all safety policies, training, and food safety regulations
- Ability to access all areas of the building and respond to guest or team member issues
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to handle cash register operations as needed
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and delivering helpful interactions
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Uphold food and beverage standards including quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Execute operational processes such as replenishment, inventory management, and food rotation
- Support Starbucks Drive Up and other guest services ensuring order accuracy and timeliness
- Produce handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food following recipe specifications
- Maintain an inviting dining area and complete cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices
