Job Requirements

Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant Starbucks products during all hours of operation
- uphold and maintain execution of food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product
- support Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications
- follow all food safety requirements including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive items
- complete and record cleaning tasks in Starbucks space
- locate and manage damaged, recalled, or expired items according to best practices
- ensure accurate in-stocks and proper perishable inventory procedures
- execute sampling best practices
- complete training and certifications related to Starbucks quality control
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and drive-up
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
