Kessler Richmond Hill, one of the newest developments in the portfolio, is a master-planned project anchored by a dual-branded hotel: a 100-room Courtyard by Marriott and a 100-room Residence Inn by Marriott. Scheduled to open in late 2026, this hotel ushers Kessler's signature blend of elevated design, artistic inspiration, and best-in-class Southern hospitality to one of Georgia's fastest-growing communities. Located just a short drive from Savannah and perfectly positioned along the I-95 corridor, the hotel is designed to cater to a wide range of travelers including families, business professionals, and road-trippers. Beyond lodging, the property includes flexible meeting spaces ideal for corporate events and community gatherings. Also adding to guest convenience is a drive-through Starbucks set to open in late 2025 within the same development.

The role offered is that of a Barista, a part-time position that demands both operational skill and a customer-centric approach. Baristas at Kessler Richmond Hill will be instrumental in maintaining the warm, welcoming environment that defines the Kessler brand. Responsibilities include making coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications with consistent adherence to recipe and presentation standards. The role also involves operating cash registers and credit card machines efficiently while ensuring the safety and security policies are followed diligently. Baristas will be expected to maintain a calm demeanor during high volume times and unusual events, setting a positive example for their team.

This position requires a person who anticipates customer and store needs by carefully observing their environment, constantly communicating with management, and contributing to new partner training through positive reinforcement and encouragement. Cleanliness and organization of the workspace are essential to ensure smooth operations and quick access to resources and products. The Barista plays a critical role in exceeding customer expectations by delivering outstanding service and building genuine connections. Physical requirements such as the ability to stand throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds are necessary, as are excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a warm and friendly demeanor. This position demands regular and consistent attendance, along with availability to work some weekends.
