As a Starbucks Barista, the primary responsibility is to prepare and serve food and beverages that meet Starbucks' standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. The role demands a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences through prompt and friendly service that engages customers about the variety of coffee beverages and specialty products available. The shift schedule runs from Sunday to Thursday, 11:15 AM to 7:45 PM, supporting the needs of the campus community during peak hours. This is a full-time opportunity, classified as a regular position under the WFSE Campuswide union with a full-time equivalent (FTE) of 100%. The annual pay range for this role is competitive, starting at $45,288 and up to $48,528, reflecting the importance of the role within campus operations.
