Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- work independently and with a team
- resolve guest questions quickly
- attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- complete all required training requirements and certifications related to Starbucks quality control
- demonstrate ethical conduct and compliance
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations
- uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
- follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items
- complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space
- locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process accordingly
- ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders
- follow proper perishable inventory procedures
- execute sampling best practices
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- adhere to compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
