Job Requirements
- At least sixteen years of age
- Ability to follow food safety regulations
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness
- Ability to adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive on time
- Physical capability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in connecting with guests to offer exceptional customer care
- Previous exposure to fast-food settings is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to follow food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness
- Proficient in timely arrival at work and adherence to scheduled shifts
- Eligible to participate at age sixteen or older
- Ability to remain on hard surfaces for prolonged periods
- Skilled in managing items weighing up to 30 lbs

Job Duties
- Undertake a range of activities including order management
- Cook burgers and fries and produce sandwiches
- Sanitize the dining area and prepare ingredients
- Guarantee friendly, fast, and accurate customer service
- Comply with Five Guys cleanliness standards
- Support colleagues through teamwork
- Comply with all additional responsibilities as designated
