The role of Senior Property Manager at CBRE is a critical leadership position responsible for managing complex commercial, industrial, or retail property portfolios that may include multiple owners. You will be responsible for regular property inspections, approving necessary maintenance, and managing vendor contracts to maintain property standards. Marketing and leasing duties include qualifying prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements and renewals, coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and handling lease terminations and legal notices. Financial oversight requires developing, controlling, and forecasting budgets for operational and capital expenses, managing rent collection in accordance with lease terms, and reconciling Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges.

Compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 annually, with additional eligibility for a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.

Joining CBRE means becoming part of a dynamic team of problem solvers and forward-thinking professionals committed to creating meaningful impacts in the commercial real estate industry.
