Job Duties

  • Drive restaurant management team to define and execute clear strategies and operational priorities
  • Partner with Store General Manager, Regional Director of Restaurants, and Corporate Food Service to align vision with corporate goals
  • Conduct daily briefings to proactively review and resolve operational challenges
  • Cultivate relationships with premium clients to enhance brand loyalty
  • Oversee creation and achievement of seasonal profit plans
  • Analyze inventory, batch invoices, forecasts, and P&L reports to optimize financial performance
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and POS reports, monitor operational metrics
  • Drive team to maintain 90% or better on secret shop and health evaluations
  • Ensure team meets operational deadlines in accordance with corporate calendar
  • Develop and execute high-profile restaurant promotions, private bookings, and special events
  • Manage performance, growth, and development of restaurant management team
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture ensuring professionalism and courtesy
  • Implement ongoing training programs across all critical operational tasks
  • Partner with People Business Partner on talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Enforce corporate policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards
  • Lead daily communications with restaurant management team
  • Represent restaurant in department manager meetings, collaborating on store-wide initiatives
