Job Description
TTM Technologies, Inc. is a prominent publicly traded company on NASDAQ under the ticker TTMI, recognized as one of the top five global manufacturers of printed circuit boards. With a rich legacy in technological innovation and manufacturing, TTM specializes in producing mission-critical systems, radio frequency (RF) components, RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and cutting-edge printed circuit boards (PCBs). The company’s name, TTM, signifies 'time-to-market,' reflecting its core philosophy of delivering rapid, one-stop design, engineering, and manufacturing services that enable clients to reduce the timeline for new product development and market introduction. TTM's comprehensive technology solutions support a wide range of industries, enabling businesses to meet demanding specifications with high-quality, reliable products. The company prides itself on its global footprint and capacity, operating multiple facilities across North America and beyond, dedicated to efficient manufacturing and innovation.
The role of Senior Manager of North America (NA) Facilities and Maintenance offers a strategic leadership opportunity within TTM Technologies’ organizational framework. Reporting to the Senior Director of Facility Engineering, this position holds the critical responsibility of overseeing the operational and strategic management of TTM’s facilities across multiple North American sites. The Senior Manager will ensure the seamless operation, safety, compliance, and maintenance of building systems, encompassing preventative maintenance, project planning, vendor relations, and capital improvement initiatives. This role requires balancing both high-level strategic thinking—such as long-term facility planning and sustainability efforts—with hands-on management of day-to-day maintenance activities.
In this leadership capacity, the Senior Manager will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including local maintenance teams, manufacturing plant general managers, and corporate departments, to uphold compliance with regulatory codes and environmental standards. Ensuring all activities adhere to state, local, and federal requirements, the manager will lead initiatives such as system integration for maintenance software, financial oversight through budgeting and cost control, and complex project implementation encompassing facility expansions, relocations, or closures. Vendor management is a vital element of this role, involving negotiating contracts, monitoring service providers, and driving operational excellence while consolidating resources to optimize cost-efficiency.
This position demands a seasoned professional with a background in facilities management within manufacturing environments, possessing over a decade of industry experience and a track record of managing capital projects and cross-functional initiatives. The Senior Manager will provide critical insight into preventative maintenance best practices and fire system consolidations, supporting TTM’s commitment to safety and operational reliability. The role entails travel of up to 30 percent across regional sites to engage directly with facilities and teams.
Compensation is set within a competitive range of $95,398 to $167,770 annually, supplemented by potential bonuses and shift premiums depending on assignments. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, disability benefits, and paid time off including vacations and holidays, reinforcing TTM’s commitment to employee wellness and professional growth.
The Senior Manager of NA Facilities and Maintenance will play a pivotal role in sustaining TTM Technologies’ functional infrastructure and enabling it to maintain its leadership in advanced technology manufacturing through effective facility operations and strategic oversight.
