This hybrid role requires working three days a week from one of several office locations, including San Antonio, Texas; Chesapeake, Virginia; Tampa, Florida; Colorado Springs, Colorado; or Phoenix, Arizona. Relocation assistance is not provided, so candidates should be within commuting distance or willing to commute.

Compensation for the Senior Injury Adjuster role ranges from $63,590 to $121,530 annually, depending on experience, location, and market factors. USAA enhances the compensation package with the possibility of performance-based pay incentives. In addition, employees benefit from comprehensive health plans, retirement options, paid time off, and wellness initiatives that support work-life balance and career growth. USAA values ongoing professional development and supports learning opportunities to enable employees to further their expertise and advance their careers within the organization.
