We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive Chef to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This role offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 along with relocation assistance to support your transition. The Senior Executive Chef will lead culinary operations at one of our largest and most prestigious healthcare accounts. The Senior Executive Chef will be responsible for directing all aspects of culinary operations, including patient dining, retail, and catering services. Key functions include managing food costs, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen financial performance alongside ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards. Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of executive or senior culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in healthcare or similar foodservice sectors
  • Proficiency in managing food cost and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to innovate menu and maintain food quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in healthcare, hotels, country clubs, restaurants, higher education, or contract foodservice
  • Strong leadership, menu development, catering, and financial management experience
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
