The Senior Executive Chef role at Morrison Healthcare, based in Gainesville, FL, is a vital leadership position responsible for driving culinary excellence in a major healthcare facility. Offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually and relocation assistance, this role demands a high level of expertise in managing large-scale food service operations with a wellness and patient-centric approach. The Senior Executive Chef will oversee menu development, food quality, safety, purchasing, and cost control. This leadership role also involves managing a talented culinary team while implementing innovative, wellness-focused programs that align with the hospital’s mission to provide exceptional patient and guest experiences.
This role requires a strong focus on maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
