The Sr. Director must also engage in robust cross-functional collaboration by working closely with Facilities, People & Culture, and other teams to support restaurant performance and company-wide initiatives. Compliance with all health, safety, labor, and operational regulations across all locations is another critical aspect of the role.

Candidates for this position should bring extensive experience in multi-unit restaurant leadership with a strong front-of-house focus, high-level coaching skills, and a solid track record of delivering operational and financial results. The ideal Sr. Director possesses strong communication abilities, business acumen, and proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite. The role also requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and involves frequent travel to spend the majority of the time in the field.

Overall, this role offers a compelling opportunity for hospitality leaders ready to make a significant impact at a world-renowned dining brand.
