The position demands strong leadership presence capable of influencing senior executives and navigating the complexities of a global B2B SaaS environment.
A major component of this role is to drive commercial productivity by identifying and capitalizing on high-leverage opportunities to grow pipeline, improve coverage, and enhance seller effectiveness. The Sr. Director will also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify the impact of partner contributions, planning accuracy, and enablement programs. They will regularly communicate progress and business impact to executive stakeholders, serving as the senior commercial voice within Revenue Operations.
Execution excellence is equally critical, requiring the organization of multi-disciplinary teams for optimum efficiency and the alignment of cross-functional stakeholders to support shared goals. This leader will govern the prioritization of commercial initiatives maintaining a balance between aggressive growth targets and operational stability. Practical experience in commercial rhythms such as segmentation, quota design, and capacity planning is essential, along with a data-driven approach to partner performance and enablement impact assessment.
