The role of Senior Concierge within the CBRE Workplace Experience team is a prestigious and dynamic position requiring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. As a Senior Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, customers, and tenants, providing a warm welcome and delivering white-glove hospitality services. Your responsibilities will include assisting with business and personal needs such as making reservations, coordinating transportation, and offering recommendations on local attractions, enhancing the overall tenant and visitor experience.

This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently and with a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for maintaining an extensive database of local business resources and guiding guests to preferred dining, entertainment, and transportation options. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and service request software
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility
  • Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Record and log service requests and track the statuses
  • Provide administrative aid to management as needed
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility
  • Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location
  • Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures
  • Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors
  • Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives
