As a Housekeeping Supervisor at SpringHill Suites Waco Woodway, you play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that the hotel is known for. Your leadership ensures that every suite and common area is spotless, comfortable, and inviting, contributing directly to the hotel’s reputation for excellence. In this role, you oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, productivity checks, and maintaining detailed reports to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Room Attendants and House Attendants through effective communication, hands-on training, and by fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Safety and security are also priorities, as you will manage lost-and-found items, control access to sensitive areas including master keys and storage rooms, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

- 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
