The Front Desk Agent role at our hotel is crucial to delivering the hospitality experience that our guests expect and cherish. This position requires you to be the charming face of the hotel — the first and last point of contact for every guest. Your role ensures that each guest interaction is handled with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to make their stay comfortable and memorable. Beyond greeting guests, you will manage the smooth check-in and check-out processes, expertly handle reservations, and efficiently manage guest requests and concerns with a quick-thinking, problem-solving approach. This role demands excellent multitasking abilities since you will be managing various duties simultaneously, including financial transactions and ensuring all front desk operations run without a hitch.

Flexibility is essential, as shifts will rotate between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with a requirement for weekend and holiday availability. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Availability for shifts between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Proficiency with computers and hotel software
- Strong customer service orientation
